Sales Executive – German Speaking

About the role

AnyVan is looking for a German‑speaking Reverse Auction Sales Executive to turn inbound enquiries into booked revenue. You will work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment, managing live auctions between transport partners and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales pipeline: respond quickly, follow up, convert, and protect margin.
• Contact warm inbound leads within minutes, qualify, and keep momentum high.
• Run live reverse auctions, engaging multiple transport partners to secure the best rate.
• Negotiate confidently, balancing customer value with supplier pricing.
• Upsell additional services that improve customer outcomes and increase booking value.
• Track daily activity, conversion, and revenue to continuously improve performance.

• Fluent spoken and written German, plus Spanish and English.
