About the role
Strategic CFO is looking for a detail‑oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The role focuses on month‑end close, balance‑sheet reconciliations and supporting various accounting functions for U.S.‑based clients.
Key responsibilities
- Perform balance‑sheet account reconciliations across multiple general ledgers.
- Prepare, review and analyse high‑volume journal entries, including invoices, credit memos, adjustments and recurring entries.
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation reports.
- Support fixed‑asset accounting, payroll processing and accounts payable activities.
- Assist in process optimisation and automation initiatives.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in account reconciliations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ERP accounting software.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
