About the role

Strategic CFO is looking for a detail‑oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The role focuses on month‑end close, balance‑sheet reconciliations and supporting various accounting functions for U.S.‑based clients.

Key responsibilities

Perform balance‑sheet account reconciliations across multiple general ledgers.
Prepare, review and analyse high‑volume journal entries, including invoices, credit memos, adjustments and recurring entries.
Generate daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation reports.
Support fixed‑asset accounting, payroll processing and accounts payable activities.
Assist in process optimisation and automation initiatives.

Required profile

1‑3 years of experience in account reconciliations.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Fluent English communication skills.
Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.

Required skills

Proficiency with ERP accounting software.
Advanced Microsoft Excel.
