Senior Data Analyst – Latin America

About the role

Cuesta Partners is a technology strategy consulting firm that helps organisations across their technology journey. We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with a consulting mindset to work with a broad base of clients on diverse engagements, delivering modern data environments quickly and securely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure data pipelines for multiple business units.
• Ingest, clean, and transform data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Apply statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop models, visualisations, reports and dashboards to communicate findings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Support the business during critical downtimes, releases and troubleshoot performance issues.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience as a Data Business Analyst bridging technical analysis and business strategy.
• Strong foundation in SQL, Python, R and statistical analysis with hands‑on experience on complex datasets.
• Proven ability to translate data insights into strategic decisions and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for non‑technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or related field.
