Senior Global Spend Management Analyst – Procurement

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Global Spend Management Analyst to support critical manufacturing and operational sites in Mexico and the United States. The analyst will drive sourcing strategies, manage supplier performance and contribute to cost‑optimization initiatives across a global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with category‑management goals.
• Lead RFP/RFQ processes, negotiate contracts, and select suppliers.
• Partner with legal, finance and business teams to manage contracts and ensure compliance.
• Monitor supplier performance, purchasing activities and procurement reporting.
• Drive process‑optimization projects, purchasing system improvements and change‑management activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish (C1 level or higher).
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and collaborate across teams.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SAP or similar purchasing systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
