Senior Key Account Manager - Strategic Hospitals & Clinics

About the role

Solventum, formerly 3M Health Care, is hiring a Senior Key Account Manager for its strategic hospitals and clinics business in Bogotá, Colombia. The role drives sustainable business growth with key hospitals, clinics, integrated healthcare networks and public and private healthcare institutions, and is hybrid eligible with up to 50% domestic travel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for key hospitals, clinics, integrated healthcare networks and public and private healthcare institutions.
• Lead commercial negotiations, contract renewals, pricing strategies, portfolio expansion and product adoption, meeting sales, profitability and margin objectives.
• Build executive-level relationships with clinical, procurement, financial and administrative stakeholders.
• Work with Marketing, Clinical, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Regulatory and distributors to deliver account strategies and accurate forecasting.
• Manage CRM, pipeline, receivables and compliance with corporate policies and healthcare regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Five years of experience managing strategic hospital, clinic, healthcare network or institutional accounts in the MedTech industry.
• Experience in complex commercial negotiations, contract management, pricing, forecasting, margin management and business planning.
• Experience with direct and indirect sales channels, including distributor management.
• Intermediate English and a valid driver's license.
• Legal authorization to work in Colombia without a sponsorship visa.

Required skills

• Additional advantage: postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management or a related field.
• Advantage: CRM platforms such as Salesforce, pipeline management, forecasting and commercial analytics.
• Knowledge of Colombia's institutional healthcare market, public and private hospital systems and procurement processes.
