Senior Sales Development Representative – Cybersecurity & Information Security

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Development Representative to drive enterprise pipeline growth across North America for a leading SaaS‑enabled information security consultancy. The role combines outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification, targeting senior security decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage enterprise accounts across North America via cold calling, email sequencing and LinkedIn outreach.
• Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for senior sales leadership.
• Build relationships with CISOs, VPs of Information Security, IT Directors and other security stakeholders.
• Research target accounts, security initiatives, compliance requirements and pain points.
• Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot or Salesforce and use sales engagement tools, power dialers and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership on webinars, events and lead‑generation initiatives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of SDR/BDR experience targeting US‑based accounts with a proven track record.
• 2+ years selling cybersecurity, information security or IT consulting services.
• Fully bilingual in professional English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Strong consultative communication, objection handling and enterprise sales skills.

Required skills

• HubSpot or Salesforce CRM proficiency.
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator and sequencing tools.
• Power dialer experience.
• Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST and other compliance frameworks.
