As a Senior Sales Development Representative you will drive top‑of‑funnel growth across Europe and Latin America, converting health‑conscious prospects into paying members.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads within 5 minutes and conduct 50+ personalised conversations daily via phone, email and text.
• Own the full top‑of‑funnel cycle, targeting 100 new paying members per month and an average order value of $750.
• Achieve a 50% upsell rate on core service offerings and navigate health‑related objections with expert‑backed guidance.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine sales scripts and outreach strategies.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience as an SDR or in a sales‑driven role within a D2C tech environment.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
• Proven record of high‑volume outreach and exceeding aggressive sales quotas.
• Self‑starter mentality with strong organisational skills and ability to work CET/BST hours overlapping EST (10 AM–2 PM).
