About the role

Key responsibilities

- Balance hands‑on coding with guiding the team’s technical direction.
Required profile
- Senior‑level experience as a backend engineer building scalable, high‑performance systems.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, product‑focused environment.
- Comfort taking ownership of deliverables and ensuring high‑standard project delivery.
- Capability to guide and unblock other engineers through code reviews and architectural feedback.
