Senior Talent Sourcing Partner

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Senior Talent Sourcing Partner in Bogota, Colombia, within its Human Resources / Talent Acquisition function. The role identifies and delivers exceptional professional and executive-level candidates for J&J's critical talent priorities globally, using strategic sourcing, business intelligence, networks, social media, branding initiatives and technology tools.

Key responsibilities

• Join the Global Talent Sourcing organization focused on identifying, attracting and developing passive and active talent prospects.
• Develop and deliver effective sourcing strategies and act as a consultative partner with Talent Acquisition team members on talent priorities.
• Use digital talent development, technology, data and research to build talent pipelines through J&J's TRM system.
• Interview and assess candidates and present a qualified shortlist for open positions and proactive pipelines.
• Own the development of digital outreach campaigns via social media and email.
• Work with the internal Talent Insights team to improve talent development outcomes based on market research and data.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience building talent pipelines for different functions and levels through multiple channels.
• Fluent English speaking, reading and writing.
• Proven track record of creative candidate identification strategies delivering professional and executive talent.
• Preferred: experience sourcing or recruiting senior-level positions across global locations, and preferred: MedTech industry recruiting or sourcing experience.

• Strong communication, project management and multitasking skills.
