About the role
The Service Desk Analyst I is the first point of contact for users calling the IT Service Desk. You will handle incoming calls, log tickets, troubleshoot basic issues and provide first‑level desktop support.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incident, request, problem and knowledge tickets for Auxis clients, assigning and escalating as needed.
- Provide first‑level contact, resolve or convey solutions, and ensure proper documentation and closure of tickets.
- Follow Auxis operational processes, security policies and use its service‑management and monitoring tools.
- Participate in scheduled operational and project meetings.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- 1–2 years of technical support experience.
- Fluent English and Spanish (B2+), and Portuguese (B2+).
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with Active Directory.
- Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 administration.
- VPN configuration and troubleshooting.
- Support for network‑shared printers and drives.
