Social Media Manager (Freelancer)

About the role

We are looking for a freelance Social Media Manager to lead and execute social media and community strategies that strengthen brand presence, engagement, and audience growth across digital platforms. The role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on community engagement, using social listening, trends, and data analysis to create meaningful interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive community engagement strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Lead user‑generated content campaigns and creator programs to drive brand advocacy.
• Use social listening and sentiment analysis tools to monitor reputation, trends, and competitors.
• Design and execute end‑to‑end social media strategies that support client objectives.
• Create platform‑specific content (text, images, video, interactive) that resonates with target audiences.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely scheduling across Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Continuously explore new social media trends, tools, and technologies to improve effectiveness.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in advertising agencies or similar environments.
• Proven ability to design and embed social media strategies that deliver measurable engagement and audience growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data and audience insights to shape strategy.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging social media to drive meaningful actions.
