About the role

We are looking for a motivated Supervisor de Punto to lead the point‑of‑sale area within our airport and airline catering operations. You will ensure that every guest experience reflects our 70‑year legacy of passion, quality, and customer focus.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the service point, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain a disciplined, customer‑centric team.
• Monitor inventory levels, control waste, and coordinate with supply teams to guarantee product availability.
• Enforce food safety and hygiene regulations in line with local and corporate standards.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold a positive brand image.

Required profile

• Technical degree in Gastronomy or Hotel Management.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a supervisor in food‑service companies, preferably within the hotel sector.
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment.
