Key responsibilities
- Monitor daily operations to guarantee consistent, high‑standard food service at the point of sale.
- Ensure compliance with all management‑defined quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Track performance metrics and report findings to senior management.

- Strong focus, discipline and talent for leading a diverse team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multicultural setting.
