Talent Acquisition Partner – Technical Recruiter

About the role

Virtelligence is expanding across North America and Latin America and seeks a motivated Talent Acquisition Partner/Technical Recruiter based in Colombia. You will join an established U.S. consulting firm, work with experienced leaders, advanced recruiting tools, and help place top‑tier technology professionals worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and practice leaders to understand client requirements, technical qualifications, project needs and hiring priorities.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, outreach, screening, interview coordination, candidate presentation, feedback, offer support and follow‑up.
• Recruit qualified professionals for contract, contract‑to‑hire and permanent positions across the United States, Canada, Colombia, Mexico, Costa Rica and other international markets.
• Source candidates for roles involving Epic, ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle, Microsoft, AWS, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, data analytics, software engineering, cybersecurity and enterprise applications.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, internal databases, referrals, professional communities, job boards and AI‑supported sourcing tools to identify talent.
• Develop effective Boolean searches and creative sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill technology positions.
• Conduct professional interviews to assess technical experience, communication skills, project history, availability, compensation expectations and overall fit.
• Write clear, engaging job postings and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruiting performance metrics and provide candidates with timely, respectful communication.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in technical recruiting, IT recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing or candidate sourcing.
• Proven experience recruiting for United States‑based positions, preferably within IT consulting or technology staffing.
• Strong ability to build relationships with consultants, candidates, universities, professional associations and technology communities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice and other sourcing platforms.
• Expertise in Boolean search techniques and AI‑supported sourcing tools.
• Familiarity with Epic, ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle, Microsoft, AWS, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, data analytics, software engineering, cybersecurity and enterprise applications.
