About the role
The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for identifying, engaging and pre‑screening candidates for a variety of positions across Scotiabank’s Global Business Services (GBS) units in Colombia. This role supports the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified talent while maintaining a high‑quality candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Source CVs and candidate profiles for open positions across all service units.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities and other talent pools.
- Conduct pre‑screening phone interviews, verify qualifications and assess English proficiency.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate calendars for hiring teams and candidates, and follow up throughout the recruitment process.
- Upload job vacancies to multiple job portals and keep candidate records up to date.
- Maintain the candidate database and prepare market research reports.
- Support hiring goals, resolve recruitment issues such as interview cancellations, and handle related paperwork.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or final‑semester student in Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 6 months of experience supporting identification and selection processes.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
