Team Lead II – Remote (Colombia)

About the role

DOXA is looking for a Team Lead II to manage and develop remote Colombian and international teams. The role focuses on delivering operational excellence, building strong client relationships, and ensuring KPI achievement in a fast‑paced outsourcing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily, weekly and monthly activities of team members.
• Understand client priorities and manage day‑to‑day operations.
• Monitor performance metrics, ensure targets are met and report results.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager to align work activities.
• Identify and resolve operational issues using defined processes.
• Provide coaching, feedback and conduct annual performance reviews.
• Analyze training needs and help design development programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and facilitate corrective actions with HR.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of people‑management experience and at least 2 years in client‑facing roles.
• Strong leadership, organizational and analytical abilities.
• High integrity and problem‑solving mindset.
