Tech Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Tech Recruiter to join BairesDev’s global talent acquisition team. In this fully remote position you will partner with engineering and product teams to source, evaluate and place top‑tier technology professionals, helping our clients—from Silicon Valley startups to Fortune‑500 companies—scale their technical workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment cycles for technology roles, from posting to offer acceptance.
• Screen and filter candidates against defined criteria, ensuring a high‑quality pipeline.
• Craft concise candidate summaries and edit resumes to highlight relevant experience.
• Coordinate communication between candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical recruiting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
