Tech Support Agent I – Indefinite Term – $2.7M Salary

About the role

Contact Point 360 is looking for a Tech Support Agent I to join its Wave 1 team in Bogotá. The role offers a stable indefinite‑term contract and the chance to develop technical support skills within an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level technical support via phone, chat, and email.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on laptops, desktops, printers, and other devices.
• Document, categorize, and track support tickets while prioritizing cases based on impact.
• Escalate complex issues with proper documentation and meet quality and response‑time targets.

Required profile

• B2 English level or higher.
• Experience in technical support or service desk combined with customer service.
• Basic understanding of LAN/WAN networks and familiarity with IT support tools.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑oriented mindset.
