Technical Interview Engineer (Contractor) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Interview Engineer to join our global platform that delivers live technical interviews for C#/.NET developers. This contractor role is remote, offering flexible scheduling while supporting a 24/7 interview environment for top tech companies worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live technical interviews for C#/.NET candidates using a specialized interview platform.
• Assess coding skills, problem‑solving ability, communication, and technical knowledge.
• Provide structured, objective feedback and evaluations after each interview.
• Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine interview content, processes, and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer working with C#/.NET.
• Strong grasp of coding fundamentals, algorithms, data structures, and object‑oriented programming.
• Advanced English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Reliable internet connection, webcam, and microphone.
• Ability to commit to a fixed weekly schedule; part‑time or full‑time options available.
• Previous experience conducting technical interviews is a plus.
