About the role

Flyer Club is looking for a full‑time remote Travel Consultant to join its concierge‑style team. You will help clients secure discounted Business and First Class flights while delivering a seamless, personalized booking experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with travel arrangements and manage reservations from start to finish.
• Create detailed itineraries and handle all booking details using travel platforms.
• Provide expert advice on travel options, especially premium and discounted fares.
• Understand client needs and offer tailored travel solutions.
• Maintain high‑level customer service throughout the planning process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in travel consulting or a similar advisory role.
• Familiarity with professional travel advice and luxury travel options.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience using travel booking systems or platforms.
• Previous work in luxury travel or concierge services is a plus.
