Trilingual Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Join Gallagher’s Specialty division as a Trilingual Marketing Coordinator, reporting to the Manager of Brand Marketing & Communications for Canada. You will support the Small Business, Personal Lines, Marine and MGA insurance lines, ensuring consistent brand messaging and driving client engagement across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and track marketing campaigns for Small Business Insurance, Personal Lines and MGA divisions.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and Strategic Growth teams to create targeted collateral and promotional materials.
• Maintain website content, monitor performance with Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
• Assist in developing and executing social‑media strategies, managing editorial calendars and reporting on engagement metrics.
• Organise industry events and client‑facing activities to enhance brand presence.
• Act as an internal and external brand ambassador, promoting Gallagher’s values and specialty expertise.
• Identify process improvements and conduct testing to optimise marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree in marketing, communications, event management or a related field.
• Polished, proactive attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent project‑management abilities in a fast‑moving environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
