VP of Growth

About the role

The VP of Growth will report to the COO and lead the acquisition, conversion, and retention of customers for a fast‑growing fiber internet provider operating across Latin America. The role combines product marketing, commercial strategy, and AI‑driven growth engineering to build a scalable, digital‑first engine.

Key responsibilities

• Define positioning, messaging, pricing and go‑to‑market plans for B2C and B2B segments across multiple countries.
• Lead the transition from field‑heavy sales to a digital‑first, AI‑powered acquisition funnel, setting CAC, conversion and payback targets.
• Own the full acquisition funnel, integrating digital, field and handoff processes while establishing metrics and accountability structures.
• Set strategic direction for sales enablement, connect marketing, sales and CX functions, and drive a unified commercial system.
• Manage brand consistency at scale, drive retention strategies, and orchestrate customer marketing programs such as onboarding, upsell and advocacy.

Required profile

• 10+ years in growth or product marketing with at least 5 years leading a team.
• Deep experience in positioning, pricing, packaging and launch of high‑volume B2C offerings (e.g., telco, subscription services).
• Proven track record of owning revenue or CAC numbers and collaborating closely with sales.
• Hands‑on experience building AI‑powered growth systems, predictive models and intelligent segmentation.
• Fluent in Spanish and professional English; preferably LatAm‑based and bicultural.
