Young Professional – IT Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

Join INDI as a Young Professional IT Recruiter and kick‑start your career in talent acquisition for a global tech environment. You will support the full recruitment lifecycle, develop sourcing expertise, and collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to bring top IT talent to the company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to screening and interview coordination.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate fit and interest.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to refine role requirements and search strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced level of English.
