Over de functie
Als advocaat/a bent u verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van juridische dossiers volgens het Código General del Proceso (CGP) en het ondersteunen van diverse juridische procedures binnen onze organisatie.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden
- Uitvoeren van consultaties en het volgen van dossiers via de Consulta Unificada de Procesos.
- Afhandelen van procedures bij entiteiten, rechtbanken, notarissen, Kamer van Koophandel en de Superintendencia de Sociedades.
- Opstellen en redigeren van juridische documenten met uitstekende spelling en juridische schrijfvaardigheid.
- Beheren van zowel digitale als fysieke archieven en het organiseren van gerechtelijke agenda’s.
Gewenst profiel
- Solide kennis van het Código General del Proceso.
- Ervaring met commerciële zaken en insolventieprocedures is een plus.
- Uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en nauwkeurigheid.
