Accessible Shore Excursion Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Accessible Shore Excursion Specialist to act as the primary point of contact for cruise line partners booking our accessible tours and shore excursions. Working remotely, you will coordinate bookings, transportation, guides and other services to ensure a seamless experience for guests with accessibility needs.

Key responsibilities

• Process reservation requests from cruise line partners, verifying dates, guest counts and accessibility requirements.
• Communicate promptly with cruise lines and foreign travel vendors to confirm bookings and provide required information.
• Coordinate with local suppliers to arrange accessible transportation, guides and port services.
• Handle R&D, pricing, allocations, itinerary changes and related operational projects.
• Resolve complaints and provide solutions to cruise line contacts.

Required profile

• Fluent English with strong written communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented, able to manage dozens of excursions simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated remote worker capable of meeting strict deadlines.
• Team player with problem‑solving and puzzle‑solving abilities.
