Account Executive - Latin America

About the role

Flipp, a shopper consideration platform that helps retailers and brands create digital experiences around savings and deals, is looking for an Account Executive for Latin America. The role supports Flipp's growth across Spanish-speaking markets by building trusted, long-term partnerships with some of Latin America's largest retailers, CPG brands and agencies, and acts as a trusted business consultant.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow strategic partnerships with leading retailers, CPGs and agencies across Latin America.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies that drive revenue, technology adoption and long-term partnership success.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end with teams in Insights, Operations, Media, Creative and Technology.
• Use shopper data, analytics and business insights to create business cases, influence decisions and spot new growth opportunities.
• Present strategic recommendations to manager and director-level stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3-7 years of experience in sales, account management, partnerships or client success, ideally in CPG, digital media, retail, advertising or technology.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and influence stakeholders through consultative selling.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience leading several initiatives at once.
• Confidence working with data and analytics to measure impact and support business decisions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
