About the role

Job Duck is looking for a proactive Account Manager to act as a trusted advisor for our US‑based clients. You will build long‑term relationships, understand client goals, and align our solutions to help them succeed while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

  • Support staff to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Monitor account performance, identify improvement and expansion opportunities.
  • Diagnose client challenges and guide them toward appropriate solutions.
  • Serve as the central coordination point between clients and internal teams.
  • Cultivate client referrals through strong relationship management.
  • Identify and drive account growth aligned with client goals.
  • Proactively manage retention, address risks, and maintain account health.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of notes, updates, risks, and opportunities.
  • Lead and participate in client meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Provide onboarding support, conduct check‑ins, and manage first‑week follow‑up processes.

Required profile

  • At least one year of experience in customer service, client relations, or a related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑centric mindset.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
