About the role
Job Duck is looking for a proactive Account Manager to act as a trusted advisor for our US‑based clients. You will build long‑term relationships, understand client goals, and align our solutions to help them succeed while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support staff to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Monitor account performance, identify improvement and expansion opportunities.
- Diagnose client challenges and guide them toward appropriate solutions.
- Serve as the central coordination point between clients and internal teams.
- Cultivate client referrals through strong relationship management.
- Identify and drive account growth aligned with client goals.
- Proactively manage retention, address risks, and maintain account health.
- Maintain accurate documentation of notes, updates, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead and participate in client meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
- Provide onboarding support, conduct check‑ins, and manage first‑week follow‑up processes.
Required profile
- At least one year of experience in customer service, client relations, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑centric mindset.
- High level of professionalism and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
