Account Manager, CRO

About the role

Power Digital is seeking an Account Manager to lead client relationships for conversion rate optimization (CRO) projects. You will act as the primary contact for a portfolio of 5‑10 clients, ensuring delivery, retention and growth of monthly recurring revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, conducting regular meetings, gathering feedback and providing updates.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (design, development, strategy) through clear briefs, timelines and acceptance criteria.
• Manage a pod of designers and developers, aligning priorities, allocating resources and tracking progress.
• Maintain a book of business generating roughly $27K+ in monthly recurring revenue, aiming for high client satisfaction and low churn.
• Leverage AI tools and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to automate tasks, improve efficiency and enhance output quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 1‑3+ years of account management experience in a marketing agency environment.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, advertising concepts and CRO strategies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project‑management and collaboration tools such as Clickup, Basecamp and Asana.
• Experience with agile methodologies, especially Scrum, and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
