Account Manager – Existing Accounts

About the role

Kaseya, a provider of AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software for MSPs and internal IT organizations, is looking for an Account Manager to focus on the expansion of existing accounts. You will identify new growth opportunities within your portfolio, strengthen relationships with existing clients and drive revenue growth through strategic account management.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with current customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities using Kaseya's full product suite
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, aligning their needs with Kaseya's solutions
• Develop tailored strategies for each account, including regular check-ins and business reviews
• Monitor customer usage and address adoption challenges proactively
• Own your sales targets and exceed quotas, contributing to short-term and long-term revenue strategies
• Work with Customer Success and Sales teams to deliver good customer experiences and smooth implementation
• Manage leads, opportunities and accounts in Salesforce, logging every interaction

Required profile

• 2+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience, ideally in a technology or SaaS environment
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools, especially Salesforce
• Analytical skills and ability to create accurate sales forecasts
