Account Manager – Expand (Growth & Retention)

About the role

Vozy is a voice AI platform that helps companies transform customer interactions with contextual voice assistants and conversational AI. As an Account Manager – Expand, you will grow and retain existing enterprise customers after acquisition, maximizing Net Revenue Retention through expansion, upsell, cross-sell and renewals. The role is fully remote and open to contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of existing enterprise accounts and drive expansion and renewal revenue.
• Lead QBRs and value realization sessions, identify growth opportunities aligned with customer goals, and manage renewals, pricing adjustments and contract expansions.
• Monitor account health and mitigate churn risk, maintain accurate expansion and renewal forecasts, and act as the internal voice of the customer.
• Partner closely with internal teams and ensure compliance with security and company policies.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success or expansion sales in SaaS.
• Proven experience growing revenue within existing accounts.
• Ideally based in Medellín, Colombia.

• Excellent professional communication skills in English.
• Data-driven, execution-focused mindset and ability to manage complex enterprise relationships.
