Account Manager

About the role

Dingus & Zazzy is looking for a people‑first Account Manager to be the primary liaison for our clients. You will translate marketing goals into actionable tasks, keep projects on track, and ensure every client feels informed and supported throughout the engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing expectations and delivering excellent service.
• Translate client marketing objectives into clear tasks and coordinate execution with the Marketing Coordinator.
• Lead regular client meetings, share updates, and ensure deliverables align with client expectations.
• Document meetings in Jiminny, capture takeaways, and package notes, action items, and recordings using the company template.
• Review final deliverables for quality, relevance, and client readiness before submission.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry contacts to drive long‑term success.
• Handle client concerns with professionalism, composure, and high emotional intelligence.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a similar client‑facing role.
• Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to manage expectations and tough conversations.
• Strong organizational abilities to balance multiple clients, meetings, and deadlines.
• Strategic mindset that connects client goals to broader business objectives.
• High emotional intelligence and the capacity to stay composed under pressure.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude and Gemini to improve workflows.
• Experience using Jiminny for meeting documentation.
• Copywriting ability to craft clear, on‑brand messaging.
