Account Manager - SMB & Enterprise Clients

About the role

Picnic partners with local restaurants to batch orders and offer companies high-quality, individually packed lunches without fees or tips. This Account Manager role is based in the Bogotá office and acts as the main point of contact for SMB and enterprise clients, advising them on the platform, data capabilities, processes and strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for SMB/enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor on the platform, data capabilities, processes and strategy.
• Use data and analytics to give actionable insights, monitor KPIs and spot growth and optimization opportunities.
• Manage complex client relationships through structured communication, executive-level reporting and data-driven storytelling.
• Work with Product, Operations and Tech teams to prioritize initiatives and deliver measurable impact for enterprise accounts.
• Lead business reviews and strategic planning sessions to drive retention, expansion and long-term account growth.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience as a Customer Success or Account Manager.
• English at C1 level.
• Strong problem-solving skills, a service-oriented mindset and excellent organizational skills.
• Data-driven approach; preferred: experience in a fast-paced, time-sensitive delivery environment.
