Account Manager (US Market)

About the role

Arches is expanding its Americas hub in Bogotá and seeks an Account Manager to own a portfolio of high‑value US client accounts across strategy consulting firms, investment funds, and corporate strategy teams. You will act as the primary commercial bridge, ensuring flawless execution and driving account growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted primary contact for key users, project leads, and decision‑makers across assigned US client accounts.
• Monitor account activity to identify upsell opportunities, reactivate dormant users, and expand usage across departments.
• Conduct regular client check‑ins, performance reviews, and feedback sessions to build long‑term loyalty.
• Translate complex client research requests into clear delivery expectations and collaborate with the local Client Solutions team.
• Maintain accurate account plans, revenue forecasts, and opportunity pipelines within the CRM.
• Ensure compliance with client‑specific and global standards and provide proactive risk mitigation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B account management, client success, professional services, or commercial client‑facing experience.
• Proven track record of retaining and growing enterprise client relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen and confidence engaging senior decision‑makers.
• Native or fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Organized, detail‑oriented with practical experience using CRMs and performance data.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
