Account Support Manager

About the role

The Account Support Manager role at Hewlett Packard Enterprise is a hybrid position based in Bogota, requiring on‑site presence two days a week. You will provide post‑sales technical support, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to revenue growth and account retention.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver reactive and proactive technical support according to Service Level Agreements.
• Resolve technical incidents independently and collaborate on complex, cross‑technology issues.
• Identify potential escalations, alert management, and drive customer expectation management.
• Manage small projects/programs and support client needs 24x7.
• Build strong relationships with account management and influence delivery decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate degree in a technical field.
• 4‑6 years of relevant experience in technical support or related roles.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and active listening skills.
• Ability to balance internal and customer needs and suggest operational efficiencies.
