Accountant – Financial Operations

About the role
We are a growth‑financing marketplace helping small businesses access capital and manage their finances. We are looking for five accountants to join our team quickly, supporting accurate financial operations and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Record and process accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general‑ledger entries.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports in line with US GAAP.
- Perform regular bank, credit‑card, and ledger reconciliations.
- Support tax compliance, audits, and filing as needed.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth accounting workflows.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of accounting experience; experience at firms such as Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG is a plus.
- Advanced English proficiency; Spanish optional.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to new accounting technologies.
