Accountant – People Manager

About the role

You will manage a portfolio of complex captive insurance clients, acting as the main point of contact for day‑to‑day accounting activities and client inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial statements and supplemental information for each client.
• Build and maintain relationships with international clients, understanding their specific regulations.
• Reconcile cash and investment accounts, process bank deposits and disbursements.
• Organise and lead annual audits, including regulatory filings and GAAP statements.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain client files according to best practices and coordinate with other service providers.
• Prepare board and committee meeting materials and participate in client meetings.
• Follow Marsh internal controls and any client‑specific controls.

Required profile

• CPA designation.
• 3‑5 years of experience preparing financial statements, working with general ledgers and audit support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and the local language; CV must be in English.
• Strong organizational, prioritisation and attention‑to‑detail skills.
