Accounting Analyst – Fully Remote (Colombia)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accounting Analyst to join our Finance department in Colombia. The role is fully remote and supports our headquarters in Cumming, GA by handling day‑to‑day accounting operations, treasury, invoicing and inventory tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Issue and record invoices for domestic and international clients, monitor balances, credit limits and follow up on collections.
• Process credit notes, trade‑spend adjustments and provisions in line with accounting policies.
• Perform inventory reconciliations, manage commercial samples and execute inventory transfers between warehouses.
• Prepare accounting entries for import costing, expense allocations and registration of imported goods.
• Support monthly payroll and social security processes in Colombia, updating the payroll platform and handling electronic receipts.
• Maintain accurate general‑ledger records, prepare financial reports and archive legal and accounting documents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, treasury, AP/AR, payroll support or finance operations.
• Proven experience with invoicing, inventory accounting, reconciliations and payment processes.
• Intermediate English (B2) for written communication.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite.
