Accounting Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an organized, analytical, and detail‑oriented Accounting Analyst to join our Finance & Accounting team in Bogotá. You will support and execute accounting and treasury processes, ensuring accurate financial records, reconciliations, payments, and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Process and record invoices.
• Reconcile withholding tax certificates and perform bank reconciliations.
• Reconcile accounts receivable portfolios.
• Upload payments to banking platforms and generate RADIAN events.
• Prepare supporting documents for transactions with non‑obligated parties.
• Support payroll accounting processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting or final semesters of the degree.
• 1–2 years of experience as an Accounting Assistant, Accounting Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience in treasury activities, especially payment and income control.
• Strong financial analysis skills and solid knowledge of Colombian withholding tax system (VAT, income tax, ICA, SIMPLE regime).
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and intermediate English level.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori is a plus.
