Accounting Manager - E-commerce (Remote)

About the role

A remote, full-time Accounting Manager position in Latin America, open to candidates with advanced or fluent English. The role covers e-commerce accounting, financial reporting and team leadership, overseeing accounting operations, improving processes, managing reconciliations across multiple platforms and supporting strategic business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead month-end close and accounting operations
• Manage accounts receivable, reconciliations and financial reporting
• Review transactions from Shopify, Stripe, Amazon and TikTok Shop
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
• Manage and mentor accounting team members
• Partner with leadership on financial strategy and planning

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Previous leadership experience (Accounting Manager, Supervisor, Senior Accountant or similar)
• Strong e-commerce accounting experience (required)
• Advanced or fluent English

Required skills

• Financial reporting, reconciliations and month-end close
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query)
