Accounting Senior Analyst

About the role

Johnson & Johnson Global Services is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide controllership services for Talc, Product Liability and other Holding Company activities. The role is based in Bogotá and supports a VP with full accounting responsibility, cash management, and vendor communications.

Key responsibilities

• Manage legal vendor and cash processes for approximately 50 vendors, handling payment requests, accrual estimates, and tax information.
• Maintain monthly manual accounting tracking files to support consolidated financials and coordinate Treasury and Tax confirmations.
• Prepare quarterly balance‑sheet reconciliations (≈60) and monthly journal entries (≈25), including intercompany approvals.
• Calculate and process charge‑outs for Product Liability, Talc and specific product spillovers across ~16 relationships.
• Support internal and external audits, tax submissions, hedging, dividend processes, and year‑end tax filings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (minimum); advanced degrees or certifications such as MBA, CPA or CMA preferred.
• At least 3 years of finance or related business experience.
• Fluent in English and able to work in a fast‑paced environment, handling multiple tasks independently.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• SAP, CFIN and AFO (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
