Accounting Senior Analyst

About the role

Johnson & Johnson Global Services is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide controllership services for Talc, Product Liability and other Holding Co. activities. The role is based in Bogotá and supports a VP with high‑visibility financial responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage legal vendor and cash processes for ~50 vendors, including payment requests, accrual estimates and tax information.
• Maintain monthly manual accounting tracking files and support financial consolidation and reporting.
• Prepare quarterly balance‑sheet reconciliations (~60) and monthly journal entries (~25), including intercompany approvals.
• Calculate and process charge‑outs and related accruals for Product Liability, Talc and spillover items across ~16 relationships.
• Support internal and external audits, tax submissions, hedging, dividend processing and year‑end tax filings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (minimum); advanced degrees or certifications such as MBA, CPA or CMA preferred.
• At least 3 years of finance or related business experience.
• Fluent English and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to lead across functions and drive process improvements.
