Active Directory Administrator

About the role

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Active Directory Administrator to work onsite in Bogota, Colombia. You will be responsible for maintaining the health and stability of enterprise‑wide Active Directory environments while supporting hybrid identity integrations and security hardening initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain multi‑domain Active Directory infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
• Collaborate with endpoint, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver enterprise identity services.
• Implement and enforce security hardening measures, including Tier 0 protection, Protected Users, and LAPS.
• Manage integration between Active Directory and Entra ID, troubleshooting synchronization and hybrid identity issues.
• Provide L3 escalation support, create runbooks, and contribute to large‑scale AD transformation projects.
• Apply ITIL Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes for reliable service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of hands‑on Active Directory support experience.
• Proven experience managing multi‑domain AD environments and Group Policy.
• Strong background in security hardening, hybrid identity, and privileged access management.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management practices.
