About the role

Join Haleon's Inclusion Labor Program as an Administrative Assistant, providing operational and administrative support to ensure efficient processes and documentation management.

Key responsibilities

Update databases and administrative records, guaranteeing data quality and consistency.
Prepare reports, analyses, communications, presentations, minutes and other administrative documents using Microsoft Office tools.
Track administrative requests and assigned projects, supporting minor procurement processes and quotation reviews.
Safeguard confidential information in line with company policies.

Required profile

Technical or technologist qualification in Administration, Accounting, Finance or related fields.
At least one year of experience in administrative or support roles.
Certificate of disability and availability to work hybrid (3 days onsite in north Bogota).

Required skills

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience in document management and administrative follow‑up.
