About the role

The client is a premium U.S.-based residential interior design firm seeking a Design Team Administrative Assistant to support their design team remotely from LATAM. The role focuses on purchasing, project coordination, documentation, and client communication throughout active design projects.

Key responsibilities

• Place and manage product orders, monitor budgets, track orders across vendors, and coordinate deliveries with installers.
• Serve as a liaison between clients, designers, and internal teams, maintain project documentation, and keep project management systems updated.
• Prepare client presentation materials, document meeting notes, and send project handoff communications.
• Provide post‑project support such as preparing installation guides, coordinating replacements, and maintaining digital product libraries.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Project Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or Operations Coordinator.
• Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with interior design terminology, purchasing workflows, trade vendors, and U.S. measurements.
• Self‑starter who works independently, enjoys structured processes, and communicates professionally in English.
