Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager with at least three years of experience to lead complex website initiatives using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The role is fully remote, full‑time, and initially fixed‑term (6 months) with a strong chance of extension.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full website section redesigns, coordinating stakeholders and engineering dependencies to ensure successful UAT, QA and launches.
• Author, maintain, and govern website updates within AEM, guaranteeing seamless content management.
• Guide migration and integration of existing web properties into the AEM platform.
• Partner closely with UX, Design, Development, and Marketing teams to align project objectives.
• Act as primary liaison between production teams and stakeholders, communicating requirements and project updates.
• Champion QA best practices, focusing on accessibility, accuracy, and site health across regions.
• Manage multiple priorities using Agile methodologies and Jira.
• Adapt to evolving business needs and shifting priorities while maintaining project momentum.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in web project management.
• Proven experience managing comprehensive website redesigns with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience supporting web platform migrations and integrating sites into AEM.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile environments and Jira.
