Affiliate & Influencer Manager (TikTok Shop Focus)

About the role

TopFoxx, a women-owned NYC eyewear brand, is looking for a TikTok Shop, Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager to turn its creator network into a scalable, consistent sales engine. The role is fully remote, full-time, 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern (flexible), and requires fluent English. It focuses on TikTok Shop: recruiting, activating and retaining creators, managing affiliate campaigns, and finding out which creators and content actually drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Grow the TikTok Shop affiliate network: recruit, onboard, activate and retain creators, and raise the share of content that generates sales
• Manage creator relationships, outreach, follow-ups, gifting and campaigns, turning one-off creators into long-term partners
• Create content briefs, hooks and messaging, and give creators actionable feedback
• Analyze creator performance (revenue, orders, views, engagement, conversion, revenue per creator) and act on the insights
• Explore TikTok LIVE and social commerce opportunities, and work with the E-Commerce Growth Marketing Manager on content that could be turned into paid ads
• Run tests on creators, outreach, content formats, hooks, products, offers and campaigns

Required profile

• 2-4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, TikTok Shop, social commerce or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of TikTok, short-form content and social commerce
• Comfortable working independently, highly organized and data-aware
• Strong English communication skills

• Using data to evaluate creator and content performance
• Nice to have: TikTok Shop Seller Center, Shopify, affiliate platforms, TikTok LIVE, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, CapCut, Canva, Photoshop
