¡Estamos buscando talento como el tuyo! En la ciudad de Bogotá, una importante empresa de tecnología busca un agente de soporte en sitio para su equipo de trabajo.

Responsabilidades principales

Atención y solución de incidentes en sitio.
Mantenimiento de equipos, instalación de hardware y software.
Soporte a usuarios y excelente atención al cliente.

Perfil requerido

Educación mínima: Universidad o carrera tecnológica.
Experiencia mínima: 1 año en soporte técnico en sitio.
Certificación ITIL V4 Foundations vigente.

Habilidades requeridas

Conocimiento de ITIL V4 Foundations.
Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas.
