Agentic Azure DevOps Engineer (Remote, Colombia)

About the role

We are seeking an Agentic Azure DevOps Engineer to join our product team and help build and deliver AI‑enabled solutions for our clients. The role is fully remote, based in Colombia, and focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining Azure‑based DevOps pipelines and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Services.
• Develop and manage infrastructure‑as‑code with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Implement containerization and orchestration solutions with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Leverage Agentic AI tools to automate DevOps workflows and improve efficiency.
• Monitor, log, and ensure observability using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Prometheus, and Grafana.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Current authorization to work in Colombia on a full‑time basis (no visa sponsorship).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams on large, complex systems.

Required skills

• Azure DevOps Services (Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts, Boards).
• CI/CD pipeline creation and maintenance.
• Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools: Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates.
• Container technologies: Docker, Kubernetes.
• Monitoring and observability: Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Scripting languages: Python, PowerShell, Bash.
